Creative Lead, Brand & Campaign Direction
At Hubble, I rebranded a startup, scaled a creative function, and made flexible working look as good as it sounds.
Challenge:
Hubble was growing fast, but the brand hadn’t caught up. As flexible workspaces became more relevant (and competitive), we needed to reposition the platform as a smart, stylish, and trustworthy go-to for modern businesses looking for space.
Approach:
I led the rebrand from the inside, shaping the visual identity, tone of voice, and creative output from top to bottom. As the solo in-house creative turned creative lead, I scaled a nimble network of freelancers to support design, copy, video, and UX.
I worked cross-functionally with marketing, growth, and product teams to make sure our creative output was consistent, cohesive, and a little bit cooler than your average B2B brand.

My impact:
We transformed Hubble’s identity from scrappy startup to polished, high-trust platform. The rebrand elevated the brand perception, streamlined internal comms, and gave the business a stronger platform for growth. Also, our OOH were iconic – you couldn’t miss us!
